Booking is extremely simple. Go to the Home Page, choose a speciality or check symptoms, select a doctor, and pick an available slot. Once complete, you will receive an SMS and email verification instantly.

Is home sample collection available for lab diagnostics?

Yes! When booking any laboratory diagnostic panel or test, choose the "Home Sample Collection" option. A certified clinical laboratory technician will visit your location to collect samples under sanitary standards.

How can I track real-time ICU bed and general ward vacancies?

Our mobile application contains a live synchronization dashboard. It tracks vacant ICU beds, ventilators, and clinical units across our hospital partner networks near your GPS coordinates to save crucial time during emergencies.

How do I download my diagnostic laboratory reports?

Once the diagnostic lab completes analyzing your samples, your report is digitally signed and instantly pushed to the "Digital Health Vault" in the mobile app. You will receive an SMS alert containing a secure link to view/download the PDF document.
